Billy spent his early years through high school in East Texas before moving to the Houston Texas area.
When Billy decided to start Serenity Roofing & Construction, he wasn't trying to build the biggest roofing company in Houston. Billy wanted to build the most trustworthy company. He spent 20+ years learning what it takes to build.
He'd seen too many homeowners confused by the roofing and insurance claim process—some were told they needed work when they didn't, while others were left with a leaking roof and a contractor who wouldn't answer the phone. He knew there was a better way.
So, Serenity became a company founded on honesty first. We don't oversell or disappear after the job is completed. We take time to explain what we found, what it means and what your options are. We provide the insurance carrier with an itemized estimate detailing the work needed to restore your home to pre storm condition.
More than anything, Billy built Serenity on the principle of treating everyone the way he'd want his own family treated. This philosophy hasn't changed since day one!
